SAIL AWAY INTO THE SUNSET

Need some thank you cards...so was just playing around in my craft room. I love this single stamp that is available in the Summer Mini Catalog called Sail Away.

I embossed the sailboat onto Vellum cardstock with black embossing powder.

I then flipped over the card stock and using my SU Markers started coloring in the water and the sky. I took my stylus and soft mat and colored over the sails to make them whiter and to pop or emboss them out a little bit. I layered the vellum cardstock onto whisper white and attatched it with the brads, then added it to my card front.

I am pleased with how this card turned out.... I really like it!

WITH SYMPATHY

I made a quick card for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE over at Splitcoaststampers. What a unique sketch it was. I had to trace a cereal bowl to get a half circle that was big enough.

I used the Paisly Prints Designer Series Paper along with the Four Frames Stamp set. I embossed the Flower Garden along the right hand side to add a little bit of texture. I went with a monochromatic color scheme in Marina Mist and White for this sympathy card.

Card Supplies:

Stamps: Four Frames, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Paper: Whisper White, Marina Mist, Paisley Prints DSP
Ink: Marina Mist
Markers: Certainly Celery, Blush Blossom

ALTERED PICTURE FRAMES

Here are a couple more projects I have been working on. These picture frames were just plain little wood frames, so I jazzed them up a bit with some pretty papers, gems and accessories.

These are for my Craft Show this weekend as well.

STAMPING ON CANDLES ~~ CRAFT FAIR PROJECTS

Here are a few more projects I have been working on for the Craft Fair I will be at this weekend at Coyles in Tillsonburg.

I used the Stamping On Candles Technique to create these pretty candles.

I think this first photo is my favorite. I used Marine Mist and Early Expresso ink along with the French Script and Just Believe Stamp sets.

On this one I used Old Olive and Rich Razzleberry along with the stamp set Baroque Motifs and French Script. This one has rhinestones as little accents.

This one is the same as above, except I move the position of the sentiment and added pearls instead.

Here is a photo of them side by side.

I made one with the Inspired By Nature stamp set too, but alas...I forgot to take a photo of it.

SNEAK PEEK ~~ LACE RIBBON BORDER PUNCH

Here is another Sneak Peek at the LACE RIBBON BORDER PUNCH which will be released in the new Idea Book & Catalog from Stampin Up on July 1st. One thing I love about being a Stampin Up Demonstrator is being able to pre-order new product from the new Catalog's.

This card literally only took me five minutes to make.....I embossed the Flower Garden Embossing Folder onto Crumb Cake card stock and then used my White Craft Ink Pad to highlight the raised edges. I sponged Crumb Cake around the edges of the card....punched my Lace Ribbon Border Punch and added my sentiment and I was done!

This card is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE over at Splitcoaststampers.

Card Supplies:

Stamps: Just Believe (sentiment)
Paper: Crumb Cake, Whisper White
Ink: Crumb Cake, Craft White
Accessories: Lace Ribbon Border Punch, Tombow Glue, Flower Garden Embossing Folder, Sponges, Word Window Punch, Dimensionals, Big Shot

SNEAK PEEK ~~ POSY PUNCH

Today I have some Sneak Peeks to share with you from the new Idea Book & Catalog being released July 1st.

I used a new stamp set called Posy Punch which will be a hostess set in the upcoming catalog. I also used the fabulous new Lace Ribbon Border Punch.

I also used the colors for today's COLOR CHALLENGE over at Splitcoaststampers which was Melon Mambo, Pink Piroutte and Regal Rose.

I made a paper frame using a piece of 4.25 X 4.25 piece of Melon Mambo DSP...fold all four corners into the center...then fold them about half way back again to create your frame.

Here is a close up of a couple of the stamps from the Posy Punch set. The sentiment is stamped in Melon Mambo onto Pink Pirouette cardstock and punched out and popped up on a dimensional onto the flower.

Sorry I have been absent from posting any new creations lately....I am busy getting projects ready for a Craft Show on June 18 & 19th.

Card Supplies:

Stamps: Posy Punch
Paper: Melon Mambo DSP, Pink Pirouette, Regal Rose, Basic Black, Whisper White
